Starting with a relaxing a mindfulness breathing session, which then moves into a balancing massage to calm the mind, ease stress and anxiety and leave you with a deep sense of peace. This is not a traditional massage, but a balancing massage for the subtle body, aura and spirit.  

The whole body is massaged using a calming aromatherapy blend and in combination with hand massage different types of crystal are used over the body, with a slow, gliding, stroking pressure according to your bodies needs. Leaving you with a deeply calmed and balanced mind body and spirit.

The full intimate service takes 35 minutes and includes a trim and wet-shave of your bush, shaft, sack, butt cheeks and crack as well as a wash with pH appropriate wash and is finished with application of a men's formulated aftershave moisturiser.

Please note manscaping is not offered as a naturist service & is conducted by my trained complementary therapist Luke.

I use series of strength training exercises using only your own body weight as resistance. This means there's no need for weights or machines, just your own body. Body weight exercises usually target many muscles and help build stability and strength, some of the exercises we will use include: Push-ups, Squats, Planks, Sit-ups, Single leg deadlift & Lunges.
