A relaxing eastern inspired facial massage using a Jade palm stone (Gua Sha). Followed by a facial treatment using high end biodynamic products  consisting of a cleanse and exfoliation followed by the application of a antioxidant clay mask, a steam with a hot towel and finished with the application of serum and neutral scented moisturiser.

The minerals in Dead Sea salt not only boost hydration but also reduce inflammation. Dead Sea salt has been used for thousands of years to cleanse, exfoliate, detoxify and restore the body.

Experience the relaxation of the traditional Turkish bath body cleansing ritual. First we prepare the body with a dry rub, this is followed by a wash and exfoliation using traditional soap. Next a herbal skin elixir is applied to open up the pores ready for the detoxifying clay body mask application. Once the mask is applied you are wrapped in a thermal blanket for 20 minutes to allow everything to go to work. Finally the clay is removed in the shower with my help to wash you down, and traditional Moroccan Argan oil is applied with a  mini massage all over the entire body.

Some well known benefits of the Turkish Bath include:

3 hour Experience (Naturist) £195

Experience a total detoxifying cleanse of your body, first we prepare the body with a lather and exfoliation using traditional Moroccan soap, removing all the loose and dead skin. Next a gentle warming and detoxifying herbal balm is applied you are wrapped up and left to allow everything to go to work drawing out the toxins. The herbal balm is rinsed off in the shower, and finally we finish with a hot stone massage.

I use series of strength training exercises using only your own body weight as resistance. This means there's no need for weights or machines, just your own body. Body weight exercises usually target many muscles and help build stability and strength, some of the exercises we will use include: Push-ups, Squats, Planks, Sit-ups, Single leg deadlift & Lunges.
