Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of services ("Services") by APH Training ("Staff") to you ("Client"). Please read these Terms carefully before engaging any Services. By booking a session or package, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to receive the services. A valid government-issued ID may be required at the time of your appointment.
Appointment booking and cancellation
All appointments require a £20 deposit to secure a booking.
All deposits are non-refundable.
All online payments and appointments are securely processed by Square Up Business Payments.
Cancellations of less than 24 hours will incur a £20 fee (loss of deposit) and require the full balance to be paid.
Failing to attend an appointment will result in the full balance to be paid.
All appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of 3 times with more than 24 hours notice without incurring a £20 fee (loss of deposit).
Cancellations with more than 24 hours will incur a £20 fee (loss of deposit).
If the client purchases a package of sessions, these will expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after expiry will be forfeited.
Client health and safety
The client agrees to disclose any current medical conditions like asthma, diabetes, heart problems, kidney problems, epilepsy, scoliosis, skin conditions, allergy or communicable disease.
The client agrees to disclose any medications or drugs they are currently taking that may impact the service.
The client agrees to inform the staff of any discomfort or pain during a session.
The client authorizes the use of lotion, oil, and ointments to their body.
Disclaimer
The client understands that if there are any medical concerns these need to discussed with a general practitioner (GP). Staff cannot diagnose medical conditions or provide medical advice.
Staff are not liable for any injuries or illnesses that are not directly caused by our negligence.
The client releases the staff of any responsibility in case of an accident, illness, or injury.
Services provided
The client will have the option to choose the level of intensity and specific areas of focus for your massage from our service menu.
The staff will only perform services outlined in the service menu the client chooses.
Clients have the right to request modification or termination of the massage at any point.
Staff will explain techniques beforehand and obtain consent throughout.
Clients agree to arrive on time for sessions and wear appropriate attire and behave in a respectful and professional manner during sessions.
The staff retains the right to refuse or discontinue any service that makes them feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
The staff will conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
Our services do not include any illegal activities.
The staff will keep all client information confidential.
Personal training
The client agrees that they are in good health and physically able to participate in exercise programs. The client acknowledges that they have completed a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and disclosed any pre-existing medical conditions to the trainer.
Changes to terms and conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at ant time.
